Jason and his coworkers have helped us keep our computers, printers and phones operating at times when I wasn't sure exactly what to do. Jason has spent hours at our location during software changes that were implemented by our suppliers where our firewalls had to be reconfigured at specific times. Our latest project involved a phone sysytem we had leased from a Major Telecom Company for over 6 years. They decided they could more than double my bill as my contract had been fullfilled. No Warning, No Offer of a new contract. Just a ridiculous amount each month. I contacted Jason and I am thankful to say we now own our phone system and things are working great. By the way, we are paying a fraction of the cost of the last 6 years. Thank you all at P C After Dark!!!!!
- KLKennedy LindseyJan 28, 20255.0I decided to move my prebuilt pc into a new case which wasn’t bad however my pc was stuck on the boot up screen and I never would have thought that my drivers where bad. The customer service was great straight to the point. Communication was also amazing. Went and got a new ssd dropped it off and they fixed it up for me. Next time I have anything to do with my pc I will be bringing it right away. I love playing on pc but when it comes to the parts I will leave it to the professionals 😂😂
