- ISIsna SummerlinNov 17, 20251.0This post office has the most inconsistent communication. I put in a change of address back In May 2025 when I moved from Austell which was a temporary address. I was told by the Conyers Hwy 138 location to cancel the request then put in a new request which I did. I still received no mail. I exercised as much patience even when service was condescending in speaking to management which was so unprofessional. I was told by one of the other managers who gave me a number that Fred would call me which he did stating he’d look up the reason and told me everything had been canceled. On one of my visits Fred suggested I open up a PO Box to start it fresh and have my mail forwarded from my old address and still there was no resolve and every other person before me mail came to my PO Box aside mine. Fast forward 6 months 11/17/25 ; i went to office to confirm my bar code of changing it online since I never received mail at the P.O. Box nor my address and asked for a refund for the PO Box. Fred handled me today very poorly, trying to deny making the suggestion of getting the PO Box as if I lost my memory of who sold me and helped me open the box. I resent the implication that I didn’t know he was the one. I’m done with the service at this location. Their ratings receiving a 2.4 is reflective of their unprofessionalism. They laugh in your face while you are frustrated and no one should have to receive this type of patronizing treatment.
