  The UPS store on Hwy 212 here is particularly pleasant to visit. They are efficient and very helpful, many times going above and beyond. The owner, Sandy, is very friendly as well as knowledgeable and respectful.

  Do not patronize this UPS store. I gave you a one because you are open sometimes. Everytime I go to this store they lock the doors 6 to 30 minutes before they are to close. I walked up to the door at 2:54 on Saturday with package ready and just needed a receipt. The freakin dude had the door locked and said they were closed. It was a 30 second transaction. It was not 3:00pm sir. I do not like this store at all. It is unfortunate that they are locally owned becaus they do not care about customer service at all. There is no one to report you to. No wonder you got a low score.

  Yall need to fix yall opening and closed time on google. It says yall are open on Sunday from 8:30 when I called but when I walked to the door it was locked and closed

  I had a very disappointing experience with Sandi while trying to get a document notarized. I am a notary therefore I cannot notarize anything for self usage. When I asked simple questions to make sure everything was done correctly, she became smart and condescending instead of helpful. Her tone was rude, and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience for wanting to ensure the document was exactly what I needed. Notarizing documents requires professionalism, patience, and clear communication — none of which were shown during this interaction. When you are a commissioned by the court and the public you work for them, we don’t work for you! If Dekalb county were aware of these practices, her commission would be revoked. Because that is where her notary is commissioned by the way. Customer service was completely lacking, and the experience was unnecessarily uncomfortable. Besides those facts, she didn’t even review the documents at hand that I repeatedly tried to show, it was not notarized in the proper place. As representative of the courts, the document needs to be reviewed accurately the first verses asking the customer, “What is this?” I hope management addresses this behavior, as no customer should be treated this way for asking reasonable questions. UPS do better!
