I thought I was doing a thing by bringing my own cart to take my big package inside the store, but my little cart couldn't. So the worker must have saw me struggling and came out with his cart and help me get my package from the parking lot to the store in no time. Outstanding customer service is not the word he went above and beyond helping me. I didn't get his name but it's the very polite well put together gentleman in the store I appreciate your help. Thank you again

I didn’t want to see them get mixed up because they were being shipped to different locations. I was told once it’s scan I will get my refund. I said I don’t get paid until received. He was mumbling under his breath I need you to get on out of here. I said I’m not being rude I’m taking care of my stuff.
