- BLBianaca LittleFeb 4, 20261.0I was just dropping off a package for a friend but the way the older Caucasian woman ( brown grayish hair with bangs) spoke to a guest was unacceptable. As the guest was leaving she asked her were they having bad weather, the lady responded no, the storm is over. The worker goes to say , I wouldn’t know I don’t live in New York. I was just asking. I understand why the worker asked but it’s all about tone and delivery of the message. What top the entire thing was not even 5 minutes pass and she tells the gentleman standing in line , I don’t know what’s wrong with her, sometimes she so nice and sometimes she funny acting. She definitely bi polar. Beyond unacceptable. After the gentleman finishes up he says I’m a witness, if she calls to complain, he proceeds to walk behind the business counter to the far right to throw a plastic bag away. Why are you behind the business counter for you to trip or something which is a business liability. Whomever owns this need to speak with her and her comments, your job is to service customer not judge or diagnose them.
