The older Caucasian was a bit snappy, but I chalked it up to being exhausted bc store was crowded and customers were flowing in. I’m returning work equipment and was told I would need to pay $17+ for a box since there was only 1 label and I had packed 2 boxes. I unsuccessfully was able to secure another label from company. Next, spoke with an older foreign guy who said he could assist, but after a couple exchanges, he finally attempted. He stated that he would need an address to ship to. I asked if he could he use the address from label on the first package, he told me no and that I had to provide address, according to instructions. It is now 2pm, so I told him to pack my items back up the way he unpacked them and seal my box. He started saying it wasn’t his fault…a few unnecessarys were exchanged, but it was like he couldn’t stop with the comments. So, I LOUDLY asked, are you seriously arguing at me, in front of all these customers, when all I need you do is to re-pack my crap so I can leave?? Only then did he stop commenting. The rudeness and disrespect I encountered was crazy. I’ve been in customer service for several years and that behavior is intolerable. I am very mild mannered and for me to raise my voice in the way I did m, was very unnerving. If I could rate this store a ZERO, I would.
