I tell them I want to ship it the "cheapest way possible", and yet they still have to rattle off all the more expensive options, and they go on for like 5 minutes listing all the more expensive options, trying to get you to spend more money. I just want to mail a package, and be on my way. How much time is wasted trying to upsell every person per day? That's why the lines are always so long. It borders on rude and disrespectful behavior. But I guess there's only 1 or 2 ways to ship something, so you have no choice but to bend over and take it, and that's what it's really all about: power.
