- YTYong Tang3 days ago2.0Really frustrating experience at the post office today. The line was extremely long, but instead of moving things along, the staff spent a lot of time slowly walking individual customers through how to use their phones. Meanwhile, everyone else just had to stand there waiting. The whole process felt very inefficient. On top of that, the package requirements were handled in an overly rigid way. My box itself was fine, but because it wasn’t a Priority Mail box and the original “Priority” wording wasn’t completely covered, they refused to accept it. No flexibility at all. Overall, very poor service and a lack of consideration for customers’ time. Definitely needs improvement. A very frustrating and helpless experience.

My husband and I went in here to mail off something I lost the receipt with the tracking number so I called them to see if anyone could help. No one would answer the phone if you ask for someone to help they would hang up. Would not recommend!

They told me I couldn't receive mail bc the mailbox is broken ( I rent) and stop sending me mail. Then the next Monday deliver mail from someone else inside my mailbox. Never had any problem for 3 yrs, got a new mailman and all of a sudden I miss my debit card, tax info and ebt card (????) I hope they get de-funded.
