They are very knowledgeable, attentive, and go out of their way to answer any kind of questions to try to find any mishandled packages. Anything that has has that they can do to make your day better. Each and every one of them that work there have made me have a better experience and a better day. When I say mishandled packages, I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about the ones that are out there in the streets that can't be found I've been with them for I think I want to say 2 years. I'm not quite sure and I'm about to have to move out of state and it just it hurts my heart that I'm not going to be able to take them with me to handle my needs and my mail because since I've been there I haven't had any problems whatsoever and I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of them.
- JRJames RMar 10, 20265.0This PO is the best one in Columbus. I live near the one on Milgen, but will drive past it and go to the Hamilton Road one anytime I need to mail a package. I think the guy's name is Tim and he is very friendly and efficient. The whole staff is great. If there is a long line, they quickly get everyone out of there, unlike the Milgen PO that moves like pond water. If you need to buy stamps, mail a package or whatever, go to this PO and be in and out quickly. If you want to wait and listen to nonsense, go to the Milgen one.
