  They steal from customers. Avoid this location. We had two packages that were gifts we dropped off at this store, and an employee opened the boxes and stole cash from the gifts. The packages arrived to their destinations in separate states and both had been opened and stolen from. We spoke with the store manager and attempted to contact the owner and neither would follow up or review surveillance footage. No effort was made to acknowledge the incident or hold the employee accountable. No one cared to make it right.

  Very horrible customer service . Don’t get anything sent here . They was supposed to deliver my package and never did. I waited all day for them and the next day same thing . 100 percent don’t recommend going here.

  The manager had no problem getting at the register and working while there was a line. That says a lot about the store, because many managers nowadays wouldn't be caught doing the job of those hired to work at a lower pay grade. She was friendly, professional, communicated well, and kept the line moving quickly.

  Hours inconvenient and they will not return calls. not helpful when packages go missing!

  Speedy service seems to be variable from day to day, I think. Some days are busy, and the staff move fast. Today was a line out the door, and I felt like I was watching a slow-motion movie, with lots of chatting interspersed with actual work. Was not the best performance of efficiency I’ve seen. Please try harder.
