- IRInna RussellMar 12, 20262.0I was making a return of an Amazon package and had the return label on my phone. At other locations, all I had to do is give the associate my phone to scan the label. Well, at this location I was informed that they would need to print the label and it would cost three dollars. I asked, three dollars to print out one page that I could print out at home and was told that I could come back with my own printed label or I had to email it to them and pay the fee for printing one page. How ridiculous! After standing in line for some time, I didn’t want to drive back and forth so I paid, but it was a very disappointing “surprise”.
