  Tina’s customer service skills are top tier. She immediately greeted me when I came in the store even while she was busy with another customer. She handled multi tasking between the other customer and I with great ability. I needed a box for my items and without hesitation she got my box and stuffing and even offered to reprint my return label to make it the correct size for my box. This is exactly how customer service should look. I will be using this FedEx again thanks to my experience with Tina.

  February 9, 2026. I would personally like to thank the young lady in the FedEx Kinkos copier department for excellent customer service and for assisting me in performing facsimile service. They’ve always been excellent in their service to me for over twenty years, i.e., documents for Buffalo Soldiers and American Legionnaires, and Black History presentations, etc. The whole staff is always Five Stars above and beyond magnificent customer service.

  Words cannot describe how much I loathe FedEx! Packages mishandled, thrown at the door, yard destroyed from the truck running through fresh sod, rude drivers…. Lost packages, damaged packages, thrown packages either at my glass door or at someone else’s door or in the woods. Whatever they desire that day. It’s a federal offense to mistreat mail but hey- FedEx has been doing it without fail for over 10 years. I go out of my way to avoid anywhere that uses them, but, someone’s it is unavailable and yet I am reminded why I choose anyone but them!
