They are always slow and never deliver packages on time. I have to go to the post office and pick up... What's the point of raising prices and delivering anything if I still have to come up there??? The workers have become substandard at this location... Every chance I get I use a different delivery service... If DoorDash delivered mail then I would use them instead... Funny how the app says it's out for delivery while they are at my complex but I never get the packages because they won't put them in our boxes... Our whole complex has the same problem and we are so tired of it... I've complained several times but to no avail... People just don't want to work for a living anymore...

The phone number and automated system is completely broken. It hangs up on you for almost any option. Says to ask for a representative. If you respond, it hangs up. If you press key prompt for information. It hangs up. It asks if you want to be directed to the website. You say no, it hangs up.

The mail carriers are extremely sorry. It’s no way that I have resided at the same address for the last 5 years and I consistently have issues with my mail. Whether there is other people’s mail in my box or not receiving my mail at all this is ridiculous! I’ve requested a search be done, and I keep receiving “it was delivered” updates and notifications which is false. Lazy bunch I tell you the truth! I’ve had everyone’s mail in my box that resides in my apartment complex before, it doesn’t get any sorrier than that. Do better!!!!

I finally got off work early today and drove out to Milgen Road to pick up a package because that’s where my tracking number said it was located. I figured I could get my package a day early. Nope, I got to the counter and I was denied Service because the ONE PERSON that was working had to go pick up his child from school because he would’ve gotten in trouble for being late. Mind you, this is before 3 PM. Attention USPS, you do not have enough people working at the Milgen Road 31907 location. You completely wasted my time Because you don’t have enough personnel to run a location. Absolutely ridiculous. But don’t worry I got in contact With an agent and filed a complaint and got a case number.
