- JTJane TaylorAug 8, 20251.0had to mail off a court document i had to sign. i originally used a FLAT RATE ENVELOPE once i waited inline for 15+ mins, he told me to get to the back of line and i was not allowed to use that label for shipping my letter. which made no sense because my mother just sent me something using the EXACT SAME ENVELOPE for one piece of paper,, THE PAPER I WAS SIGNING. and at the end of it, he ended up forcing me to use a normal envelope, it was gonna take over a week to get to my LAWYER. and it just came back in the mail to my house saying that they were unable to ship it. please train your staff, for they have no clue of what they’re doing. just go to any other one tbh.
