Waiting in line for over 10 minutes to return an Amazon package without any acknowledgment is unacceptable. There were five customers in line, yet no one paused to assist while tasks that could have clearly waited like printing papers were prioritized instead. Customer service seems to be at an all-time low, but small businesses especially can’t afford that disconnect. Please do better or consider adding more support during peak times. Experiences like this shouldn’t be the norm.

- JJJeffSep 18, 20251.0Package shipped 2 day air disappears from this store. 2 days later UPS says they did not receive it and will not cover it under their insurance policy. A police report will be filed on a serialized item. I have never had an issue with this store until now. No one answers the phone, no one returns messages. The owner and store need lessons in accountability. 5 days later, an investigation started and no response from the owner after emails sent to them from both UPS and myself. I'm not surprised.
