I've had 3 that I returned the day after Christmas that I've recently been told "were not returned" and asking me to please send them back. Absolutely frustrating when I've done my side of the work. Extremely Business & Personal friendly. They will even take care of your copy & print needs if needed in a hurry. Staples won't print anything for you at all. If you don't have your card and sent it through email & have a code...you will be waisting your time attempting to go there. Going to any of the public libraries is amazingly better than going to Staples. It used to be my favorite business place to go for my business & personal printing but now this place is not even customer friendly. I have spent many hours shopping and many thousands of dollars doing business there when they used to have a great staff. I just received the worst customer service from copy & print. I will never come to this store again. I have been a consistent customer since 2007. It used to be great for my business but no longer. I recommend going to any of the other office stores or library.
