  I showed up at 9 to drop off my taxes and waited until 920, no one was there. I was told I could drop the info off a week later after this. I called after dropping my info off only to find out they lost it. After I called again they needed more information which they insisted was emailed. It wasn’t. The emails showed up while I was on the phone. I was told everything necessary was turned in. Once again it wasn’t. I asked why I couldn’t see my return on irs.gov. I gave them more paperwork. Two weeks later there is still no evidence of my return being submitted. What is the problem?

  Nice people and probably fine for existing clients pbut not sure they’re interested in new clients. Disappointed with attention to detail when used for 2023 taxes.

  Wonderful! Highly recommended! Using a CPA is the way to go. Allison Stitcher did great, efficient and concise work. Easy to understand explanation of tax issues as well. Fees are almost 1/4 of what I had been paying. Absolutely returning next tax season and recommending to my colleagues at work.
