- MPMelinda PierceFeb 18, 20261.0Delivery instructions are for a reason. Mail carrier does not follow them consistently. Why? I have camera footage to back up my complaint. My online account notates delivery instructions and I also have signs posted in my yard. Place packages on the porch! In the system, she will LIE about the placement of the package...knowing she didn't place the packages in the correct location....literally FALSIFYING documentation in the system. Do not place on side exposing my packages to outside elements and risk ruining the contents of the package. Have RESPECT for people's packages. Just lazy and incompetent. RUBBISH

Nor is it regarding our delivery person "Bob" he has been delivering our mail since my kids were babies and they are now graduated and soon graduating from TCHS. He is amazing! The other person who takes his route normally on weekends, I don't suggest ordering anything you NEED and expecting it to be delivered when it is scheduled to. My app told me packages were out for delivery today, since yesterday was a holiday, I had planned for this but needed medicine that is delivered by mail. It is now 9:34pm and my packages still say out for delivery and tomorrow is a Sunday. Now I will have to wait until Monday at the earliest and pray that our mail is actually delivered as it should be. Why scan the mail so that it notifies customers it's out for delivery, by that I mean multiple packages not just one, and then just not deliver any mail at all? I don't normally complain but this has happened multiple times and I don't understand the point of having people expecting something that isn't even being taken out for delivery. If there is a place to actually have something done about this continued issue, please let me know and I will gladly take this review down and redirect it to the people I should be sending it to. The post office itself has always been wonderful on the rare times I've visited it.
