If I could give no stars I would. The lady Tana is very unprofessional, rude and just downright strange. She didn’t even give me a confirmation receipt. She told me to tape up my package and leave it on the counter as she walked away.

Lived here my entire life and as long as Tana Hemphill has worked there, it is a horrible experience to walk into that building. She is absolutely useless, and overly rude. Never has she been nice or helpful. Again, today she let me stand there (without anyone else around) for a several minutes before she even acknowledged me. Then when asking about a package delivery, same old response “I don’t know.” She moves at the speed of a sloth and walks around saying “I don’t know.” Can we please get someone in this location that can actually assist customers? Cares about what they are here for? Like the mail, the package deliveries, etc. Rather than someone like her who just hates people and her job, because it shows very obviously every time I have to open the door to the Colbert Post Office.

So tired of our mail people not taking our packages to the door. There are many times we come home to find them laying in the middle of the yard, or in the middle of the driveway. We came home yesterday to a $400 package sitting in the middle of the driveway. A couple of weeks ago, the mail lady didn’t even attempt to drop the package off (I was in the house getting ready to leave and saw her) and instead decided to flag ME down when I was trying to leave, and then make me get out of my car in the road and walk over to her truck to get it from her.
It is beyond frustrating to either see our stuff left laying in the middle of the yard, or having to drive to the post office and waste our gas because they were too lazy to get out. And don’t think I’m uneducated on this. I have a family member that drives for Winterville, and a family memeber that drives for commerce, and they both say it is absolutely unacceptable. Get it together or find a different job if you can’t do it right.
