I’m not sure what is going on and why the most valuable packages go missing and then when you call the lady Mrs Mann is the name, blames you for you missing items and then you stop getting mail all together like a punishment for wanting your mail. When you go in and ask to pick up you mail they say it’s out for delivery. A week later I finally received it, it had been opened and re-packaged. If you complain that woman will make sure you never see your mail without a hassle. Someone please make her stop. She is a monster.

You actually talk to the same woman who gives you a different excuse every time you call about the same problem. She always blames the people in the back. But then my packages start arriving, mysteriously. She said they did not have my mail even though it was scanned there. I’m not sure what is going on, but only one answer to all of this. Theft!
- FHFran HooperOct 29, 20255.0A family of influencers moved to Cleveland last year and our mail has been a mess since, after installing cameras around our driveway, we realized when we we were getting notifications saying a usps package had just been delivered, we knew on our cameras it hadn't. The first time I called and asked to bring my videos to them and show them our carrier and they said no, and to contact authorities, so we did. WOW!!!!!! God bless air tags, because it tracked everywhere my packages went, they went home with our usps workers, and were either repackaged and scanned at 3am, hmmm, either way, it's over, Every tracking number has been 'tracked" and we are pressing charges. If you call and speak to a ms Mann, she is so nasty on the phone and tries to hide her condescending remarks with her nice voice and grandma like etiquette. She tells you during one call that the mail carrier doesn’t have to bring your package to you, on another call, she said they contractually have to deliver your package to you… which is it… someone is stealing, I put AirTags in a few marked packages as I had my clients do the same…. Guess Cleveland wasn’t expecting an influencers to move into this beautiful small town… but we are here and y’all are busted with receipts!!! Some of those packages went home with usps employees… as they were tracked. Even if you work for the post office and take mail that isn’t yours and displace it… it’s stealing. Ms Mann, you are the problem and you are exposed now. Anyone else missing mail and packages… contact your local police and file, I did!!!
