- AHAaren HartmanDec 10, 20241.0Georgia has the slowest mail service I have ever seen. Sometimes you dont get your mail till 6 or 7 at night. Someone mailed me a card from fla it took over a week before i got it. And if you call to complain about a package you haven't received, Their answer is like ok well call us back in a couple days if you haven't gotten it, And we will file a form to try an track where your package is. So I was like um there is no need to because i tracked it myself and My package has been sitting in the Atlanta distribution center for 2 days waiting to be scanned so it can go out to be delivered. I asked her why is nothing being done about these people not doing there jobs. I told her that she didn't help me with my issue and I was gonna go over her head and I'm taking it as far up as I can with there postal service. The lady said with a attitude you can write to the general postmaster in DC if you want. I said oh I want to and im going to. Something needs to be done here in Georgia about there postal service. These postal workers don't care about their jobs and don't care if you get your mail or not. They need to do better.
