The woman who normally runs the window has never failed to alert me to ways to save money on my shipping and has actually helped me prepare a package when I wasn't sure how to pack an item to fit. Recently had to send priority envelopes and asked for signature service. There was a new clerk there and she advised me that due to Covid-19 the deliveries are contact-free. She said I could certainly pay for the additional service but the carrier would simply sign it and write covid19 on the letter and just put it in with the recipient's regular mail. New clerk also saved me some money and I still got tracking on the letter so I was satisfied with her service.
