- NLNancy LongNov 9, 20254.0Recently was informed that all postage stamps are Forever stamps. According to Google, that information is not accurate. Not all postage stamps are Forever stamps. Only those marked with the word "Forever" are. While most new U.S. First-Class stamps are Forever stamps, older stamps or those with a specific monetary value printed on them are not.
- SGSherry GriffinDec 6, 20241.0I sent my granddaughter a gift card and unknowingly put the wrong house number so it should have been returned to me since it’s been a month now so I start reading these reviews which says someone is stealing gift cards from the mail and don’t put things in outside drop box because they won’t get it etc. Whiever took her gift card shame on you for stealing a child’s birthday present. You think you got away with it but it will come back on you and you will pay for it one day. You just aren’t smart enough to know that yet but you will

I do not use USPS anymore because of the terrible customer service that I constantly have to deal with at the Cataula GA post office, especially the white lady behind the counter. She such a rude and belligerent individual. Because of her horrible attitude and USPS constantly mismanaging my mail I no longer use them. I have an account with UPS now and have not had any issues.
- PRPatrick RobersonMay 30, 20191.0The postmaster was rude to my daughter when she Inquired about a piece of that hadn’t been delivered to our house. She stated there was nothing she could do since there was no slip. Today it showed up opened with the gift card removed and a sticker on it saying it couldn’t be forwarded which it shouldn’t have been since her right address was on the envelope. Horrible customer service. The postmaster needs to removed and fired. Someone at the post is stealing stuff out of cards.
