EVERY SINGLE Amazon package that is delivered by USPS is marked as delivered, yet in the last 6 months out of the 11 that were delivered that way, only one has actually made it to us. Cannot get ahold of anyone to discuss this with, and it is an ONGOING issue with our whole neighborhood. Supposedly they put the keys in our box for the parcel locker in the community boxes, yet we never get a key. Have called customer service and cannot get a live person, and cannot get ahold of the postmaster. Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever runs this route is either incredibly incompetent, or stealing packages with the help of someone, as there is always mail gone missing. Not to mention had to pay for a replacement license twice in a month because they put it in the wrong box.
