No attempt to even locate the package within the facility and complete lack of empathy. Back and forth investigation on my part for 2 weeks and all they can tell me is that it doesn’t exist because THEY didn’t scan it after picking it up from UPS because the only person that can scan is a “manager or person in charge” It’s been 51 days since it was supposed to be sent off and all the updates are “label created” even though UPS has survaillance evidence of USPS man picking it up to load into his truck to going to this post office to be shipped internationally.
