- DHDayln Harris1 day ago1.0Went to send off an Amazon return. All I needed to do was drop off a package. Show a QR code and let the associate tape and print the label. She told me I needed to put the item ( that was in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER BOX) it had to be in an Amazon box or else she couldn’t process the return. I have returned multiple problems. She kept saying it’s “customer pack” I did not pick customer pack as that I could let them handle all the labels, boxes, etc. And said “well Amazon may not allow you to get a refund if it’s not in an Amazon specific box. Which it was not shipped in.
