  These people get worse every time I come in! This time I needed several documents printed. The lady that “helped” me didn’t bother to mention that they have been unable to access documents “since the carpet was replaced”. She finally got a 2-page document to print. So, knowing their printing problems, how long I had been waiting, and the fact that the customer had to go somewhere else, she didn’t offer one bit of courtesy to the customer - she wanted me to pay for the 2 pages. They went in the shred bin and I left.

  My fiancé and I are moving across the country and this store has been a great help in getting good packing products, our best options in what to ship and how, and of course shipping multiple boxes. We have shipped at least 6-7 boxes already and will be shipping more. The staff are all extremely friendly, nice, and helpful through the entire process and I'm pretty sure we've met everyone up there by now. Use the UPS by Ingles for your shipping needs!

  I can't say enough good about this UPS!! Without a doubt, each worker is efficient and strives to achieve top customer service for everyone, even when they are crazy busy...which is almost always! Thank you for your smiles and can do attitude.
