Random old white dude (typical Carrollton) said it was a “weapon” and then everyone started saying it was a falling hazard (was plugged into the wall, phone sitting directly below it out of everyone’s way) Yall are insane. I have had so many wrong deliveries, damaged deliveries of packages, wrong people’s US Mail, that there is too many to list. I have verbally spoken with many Carrollton, GA Post Office employees about this problem and left voicemail messages AND sent USPS Customer Service Complaints to no avail. I would rather pay extra than to use the USPS for Mail and or Packages. Frankly they receive nothing more than a grade F— ……

In the beginning, I gave them 5 stars because of the service that I received, but that has changed!!! I paid for priority delivery and the package did not make it on time and it's still not there!! When I called, that's when the postal worker informed me, that priority mail wasn't guaranteed!! Like why did you take my money!!! beyond upset!! My son did not receive his package, next time I will go to UPS!! now that's guaranteed
