It was a $100 clothing of which only half was refunded due to their negligence and complete dismissal of my concerns. They treated me like a fool when I questioned it multiple time. I visited the store to process a return shipment with a pre-printed shipping label. When I arrived, an employee (who identified herself as Crystal, employee #296981) assisted me at the register. During the process, she placed my shipping label inside one of the shoeboxes being returned. I politely asked if she could remove it and place it on top of the items instead, as the return instructions specified the label should be visible inside the bag rather than hidden in a box. My request appeared to upset her considerably. She began shaking the bag forcefully to remove the items, pulled the label out abruptly, and slammed it down on the shoebox. Concerned by her demeanor, I asked if she was alright or if I had somehow inconvenienced her. She stated she was fine, though her tone and expression suggested otherwise. After completing the transaction, I wished her a better day as I left, and she laughed with another employee as I exited. I’ve been a regular customer at this location and have always received excellent service until now. I understand everyone has difficult days, but the visible frustration directed at me over a simple, reasonable request was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I’m not seeking any punitive action. I simply hope someone can speak with this employee about managing stress and maintaining professionalism with customers. I value this location and would like to continue using it with confidence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
