  I can't say enough good about this UPS!! Without a doubt, each worker is efficient and strives to achieve top customer service for everyone, even when they are crazy busy...which is almost always! Thank you for your smiles and can do attitude.

  Super friendly staff. I had my toddler with me and a heavy box and they ran up to open the door for em. And when my son said he was looking for an airplane a sweet lady behind the counter made him a paper airplane! They quickly helped me get my package returned and were so kind 10/10 experience

  Less than one star! I had a Happy Mail return containing two items, purchased as two separate items and needed to run. The QR code showed two items to return. They scanned only one item and told me it was one package, no need to scan both. I went back in and told them that the return only showed one item to which I was told it was out of their hands I had to contact the store I bought it from. It was a $100 clothing of which only half was refunded due to their negligence and complete dismissal of my concerns. They treated me like a fool when I questioned it multiple time. Now I cannot get refunded because they did this.
