  I was trying to get help with a toner cartridge. Ask the one employee I could find he was going to page somebody, I waited 20 more minutes. Finally had to ask somebody else who didn’t have a clue what I was asking for, I had to guessed at what I needed and then waited 20 minutes to check out. They are the most unprofessional rude non-caring Employees I have ever encountered. The place needs to close.

  They don’t take TSA walk-ins. Don’t waste your time. Although the website says they do. They really don’t. Find somewhere else

  I was at this Staples location recently and noticed they introduced a Party City section in their store! I was so excited as it’s my partner’s birthday today and I was planning on decorating our place with a bunch of balloons, streamers, etc. I called the store prior to driving over as I live far away and only have a short window of time to prepare his birthday surprise. When I called I was told their Party City section was fully operational and ready to use. After making the drive over and selecting my products I was told by staff that they’re unable to blow up any balloons even though the confirmed not even 30 minutes prior on the phone that they could. Very frustrating

  associates are overly rude they don’t help act like they don’t know anything always got a attitude like i made they schedule and told them they gotta come too work. oh and they don’t even greet you and ask do you need help
