Unfortunately the notary seems to not know how to notarize. After having me sign in a spot clearly labeled do not write below this line, and coming back with new paperwork she just decided not to do it.

Never again will I ever patronize this store after paying 1.00 for 2” of tape!!!! The newer owners are rude, hateful and money hungry. Amazon needs to drop them. I will drive past them and go to Staples .

Absolutely Pathetic! Nothing is more ignorant than having to wait for service and when you get to the counter no "Hello", " Thank you for waiting", NOTHING! And it's not that having to wait is the issue, I'm fine waiting, especially if you see the employees hustling. Not the case here. When your business is finished, I here CUSTOMERS saying "thank you", NOT THE EMPLOYEE!.Now, there is a middle aged Caucasian woman with strawberry blonde hair which is pathetic! She acts like she's doing you a favor instead of HER JOB! There is also a young African American Girl, who is great! She hustles and greets you before and after the sale. I started dropping off my UPS packages at Michael's, which is right across the street. They are great at Michael's, very respectful. I don't think people know you can drop off UPS packages at Michael's, now they do! UPS, dO a better job, "Please", "Thank you" and "We appreciate your patience" go a long way!

I now drive out of my way not to use this store ever again. I stopped by yesterday with 3 Amazon returns and it was the closest one at the moment. I’ve had multiple issues with this store in the past but I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. My Amazon returns wasn’t required my Amazon to be repackaged to return me first off. After standing in line 30 minutes the clerk stated she would have to charge me $1 for a 6 inch strip of tape for a package that didn’t require even a box for return. Then they said I needed a shipping bag for the other 2 items also. No way am I paying for any of this. Not 1 other UPS store has ever tried these charges. Nor has any of their owners yelled at me for getting a piece of tape. That was the final straw for me to use this location again, but I had no choice yesterday. And the owners are so rude and their employees actually said the owners make them charge for things there that they never have at the other UPS store she worked at
