Most rude staff I have ever dealt with. When I asked a question regarding a print job (it was my fault as I sent the file in incorrectly) just asked how to correct it and send it in a format that would print correctly-by the way I was not asking for a refund willing to pay since it was my error-I was berated by the staff. I asked to speak to the owner, Skip and he tossed a card to me and said he had worked there 4 years and did not care. I then apologized for my error and again he said he did not care. Sorry Skip for the poor attitude of your staff. I will find another UPS store or go to Fed Ex.
