  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I brought in a prepaid label with accurate dimensions for a roll shipment (approximately 8.5” x 8.5” x 60”), which I ship regularly without issues. Instead of packaging it appropriately, the item was excessively padded and double boxed, with a smaller box placed inside a much larger one and a significant amount of empty space inside (I was told by the receiver of my package, the package showed up a mess and excessively large). I had no idea as they were busy and asked us to leave the roll to the side, charged us for a box, and were told they would handle it later. I later learned that the largest box they carry is only 48 inches long, so they combined boxes to make it longer — but this was never disclosed to me at the time. I was never informed that they did not have the proper packaging materials or tools for this type of shipment. In addition, this type of roll is normally wrapped securely in plastic, which they also did not have available. The staff even stated that they “cut boxes down to size,” which makes the final packaging even more confusing. The height and width should have been no more than about 9 inches, yet the package was left around 15 inches and filled with unnecessary padding and empty space. This directly increased the dimensional weight and resulted in nearly $300 in additional shipping charges. When I raised the issue, they attempted to blame me for not specifying how the package should be packed, which is completely unreasonable. Proper packaging to avoid oversizing—especially for large or overseas shipments—should be basic knowledge for a shipping store. Customers should not have to instruct a shipping center on standard packing practices. I ship rolls like this frequently and have never once had them packaged in such an oversized and inefficient way. What is most frustrating is that they did not disclose their packaging limitations, did not offer a resolution, and did not take responsibility for the excessive charges caused by their packing method. I am now forced to dispute the additional $300 with UPS due to their lack of proper packaging knowledge and transparency. Do not use this store. They will blame you for their errors, and have no idea wha they are doing !

  I had paperwork notarized here and the process took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was professional, patient, and thorough the entire time. They made sure everything was completed correctly and I appreciated the care they took with my documents. Overall, a positive experience and I would come back again. Thank you, I appreciate the kindness!
