My father passed away and the staff for the printing was no help at all. We needed assistance with getting some obituary’s printed up because the design was already to go. Nancy and her staff continued to ignore us and not help us. This matter was very sensitive because the funeral was within 24 hrs. My wife and I felt defeated because no one was willing to help us. The money was no issue, we just needed their assistance with this matter. Wait till they have to deal with an emotional situation.

Respectfully Staples has become nothing but a glorified Amazon drop off spot. And yet even then we have employees like Lance, who can’t take the two seconds to throw out the bag that I brought the item back in. If you guys ever wonder why you’re not doing well, it’s probably a mix between your prices… your atmosphere… And most importantly your customer service. Your number one point of business should not be as an Amazon return center.

HORRIBLE LOCATION!! GO TO AN OFFICE MAX OR FED EX WHERE THEY TRAIN THEIR STAFF! Worst customer experience of my life! Whoever is in charge of staffing this location is doing a horrible job. The staff is rude short tempered and couldn’t be bothered to help customers with the simplest of questions. Just skimming through some of the other reviews on this location it appears that they’ve had customer relation/service issues for quite some time and have yet to address the issue. I see on Google that staples has closed many of their stores. I nominate this one to be next. whoever is in charge of this branch should be ashamed.

First experience at a staples for returning Amazon packages and such a Horrible experience with the guy at the checkout. So RUDE and no need for it at all!!! Didn’t greet me like he did with everyone else when we came in. I asked where to return Amazon packages, bc I’ve never done it at staples before, and he goes “ you see that sign right there”… and points to it. I mean Yes, I don’t see it bc I had my child with me and was looking up and around for the sign, but still no need for that response. Then I start walking around to the area I thought it was pointing at and he goes “ no no right here” and points to the line and said “behind them, in line” and I said “oh ok… you could have just said that” and he rolled his eyes and scoffed at me and said “ well, I mean….” It was very unprofessional and absolutely rude and uncalled for. He could’ve literally just responded “right here ma’am in line” is all the response that should have been said. Then he didn’t speak to me again while he scanned my items except to tell me he wasn’t done scanning one of them in a rude way. This is why Staples are closing stores because their employees are so rude and no one wants to shop with them.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Amazon Returns I witnessed one of the most unacceptable displays of customer service today at the Amazon Returns counter. The employee, Logan, was shockingly rude to a young woman in front of me — he was throwing her packages into the return bin with attitude then yelled at her for accidentally trying to exit through the wrong door. When it was my turn, I tried to lighten the mood and asked, “Hi, are you okay today?” His responded sarcastically "Thanks for the condolences, some people just need to learn to keep their mouths shut.” Completely stunned, I said, “Excuse me?” and he replied, "Oh, I was talking about someone chewing with their mouth open.” What was he even talking about, no one else was around and neither of his customers was chewing anything! The entire interaction was awkward, unprofessional, and inappropriate. I called to report the issue to a manager afterward, but unfortunately, he didn’t seem very concerned either. That lack of accountability was disappointing. If I need anything from Staples in the future, I’ll be going elsewhere. No customer should have to experience or witness that kind of behavior!
