  I have always used the print center with small walk up prints without issue. Today they said the soonest they could have a 9 page card stock color print would be the next day, even if I escalated to the manager. Never coming here again!

  Absolutely terrible experience today. Just don’t go to staples, I had never been and was just going to go to office max, but decided to stop by since it was closer. Instant regret. Workers were sarcastic and made unnecessary comments. Only saw one person actually working while I was there. A greeter at Walmart gave me better customer service than everyone in the entire building. Was considering buying everything for my office there. Will not return. You might as well travel to ANY other store than staples. As someone who works in customer service this is not how you run a business. Do better.

  I had a great experience when I was there to print and laminate 6 sheets. Great customer service!

  We use Staples to print several items for our business, Caring Transitions of Cumming & Suwanee, GA, as well as our Elect Trey Goodwin for Chief Magistrate Political Campaign. They always provide quick & quality, affordable services at the Canton, GA location!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. The guy at print pickup right now 1/24/26 4:30 PM should neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr work customer service. He was definitely helpless! He'll look at you right in the eyes, then look away. He didn't utter a word as I spoke while standing in front of the counter. I don't know if the older man is training the young lady at check out or what, but not one "Hello!" upon entering, or "Thank you! Have a great day." while exiting. If it's your first time, like it was mine, be prepared to figure it out on your own.
