  I would be leaving a one star review but at least my package got returned. I want to preface by saying I am a naturally introverted, quiet woman that is very kind to everyone. (I’m sure lots of people say this, but it’s the truth) The main guy in this UPS is SO rude. I have been there multiple times and each time it is an unpleasant interaction. The last time I went in, he was much more rude than he had been in the past. I don’t understand why he would work in a situation where he has to deal with the public when he’s rude to everyone. My mother has had the same interactions each time she has gone as well. He’s unpleasant, simply rude, argumentative, dismissive and disrespectful. Maybe he’s sexist, maybe he hates people. Either way, he shouldn’t be dealing with the public if that’s how he acts. After multiple negative interactions, we won’t be going back.

  I would give no stars if I could. This store is run by a family and they seem to hate their job and serving the public. No matter how nice you are the Man/husband that runs this is very rude. He is always rude. The others aren't much better. I always say thank you and never do I get a reply. This man is so unpleasant I am going to make sure to get in his line every time I go into the store with a return and give him all the smiles I can. He needs them. He has to be a very miserable person.

  I had run out of tape and came in to this store like always thinking they would tape it up for me but the owner WOULD NOT AND SAID “CUSTOMER HAS TO PACK IT “ I said it is packed I just need to tape it and he said customer needs to and REFUSED TO TAPE MY BOX!!! Extremely rude he should not be allowed to be in customer service he doesn’t chat with the customers and he never smiles he’s a terrible business person….Luckily I ca go to pal and ship because I will never go back to this place…….
