No one should be able to call up here and pretend to be someone else and get other peoples packages/mail intercepted.. this happened to me today and fortunately I went up here just in time, before they shipped MY package off to a complete stranger who called them and told them to. I had been waiting for my package for days and getting the run around about it so I will never ever get a package through this post office again. The carrier showed me a text message from the supervisor telling him to hold my package because I requested it, which I absolutely did not. That’s insane they can be so easily tricked and scammed while handling MAIL and PACKAGES. This job should be taken more seriously than that and customers should be able to trust their local post office to take proper security measures! When I asked the supervisor what can be done to ensure this doesn’t happen again, he said “it just won’t happen again.” So I guess I’m suppose to take his word for it?! Wow. And they were not apologetic for the major inconvenience by the way.
- NHNeisha HOct 30, 20251.0I had a package scheduled to be delivered on last Saturday, October 25, 2025. Because it was after 7PM and my package was still scheduled to be delivered per the app, I decided to go sit on the porch and wait. Well as soon as I open my door to step onto the porch the mail carrier was at the mailboxes. She was also very loud on a phone call and she stated and I quote!!! “I hope this ain’t a gift.” And pulls off! I’m almost positive she didn’t see me step out unless she’s just that bold. The individual has no morals or integrity and it shows. I was just sure I didn’t hear what I surely did hear. She even had the audacity to send the notification that my package had been delivered in my mailbox right after she pulled off. Unbeknownst to me this has BEEN an issue in the area. After contacting Amazon to have my items replaced, they insured me they would be doing some sort of investigation. Now USPS of Calhoun it’s your turn!

- JTJamie ThomasJun 17, 20251.0I've dealt with these people for years here in Calhoun and I've never experienced more corruption in a post office in my life. Everything from paying for express shipping and having it sit for a month in their building, driving across my lawn, driving over the actual mailbox, important documents not being delivered when the documents were in the delivery truck, leaving important packages sitting on the street, cramming boxes in the mailbox that I had to destroy to remove, stealing products out of packages and delivered sealed empty ones and stealing items and marking them as delivered. I hate that this is the only option and that there's nothing myself or anyone else can do.
