  Very odd experience with an Amazon return. The store accepted my return items but refused to take the return box, even though Amazon specifically asks if you have the box. They also said they don’t recycle boxes and suggested I use the restaurants next door to throw it away. The return was processed, but the lack of clarity and the strange solution made this unnecessarily inconvenient.

  These folks are the unfriendliest people I’ve ever dealt with I tried to ship a package and I had the customers name, address and their ups account number and the lady made no effort to help me. I will never go back in this store.

  So im rating this a one star because we had three packages and two was already taped together and had to spend 8 almost 9 dollars to tape the last one to the others. Like just use some tape and call it a day, it wouldn't of taken much. Why have people pay for a few strips of tape?

  Second horrible experience at this place today. The man fusses at the lady in front of me for not having her box taped, talks down to her, explains that he cannot let her use the tape gun in his hand "because another customer messed it all up when they let them use it." Finally he says he will tape it up for her this time, but not again. My turn: He tells me the same thing & as I have two boxes, charges me $2 for two pieces of tape. Pretty lady behind me gets the same lecture, but neither woman is charged, only this 59 year old bald guy (me). I will drive to Dalton next time! As a business that is in the service industry, this place does not know how to serve.
