  Second horrible experience at this place today. The man fusses at the lady in front of me for not having her box taped, talks down to her, explains that he cannot let her use the tape gun in his hand "because another customer messed it all up when they let them use it." Finally he says he will tape it up for her this time, but not again. My turn: He tells me the same thing & as I have two boxes, charges me $2 for two pieces of tape. Pretty lady behind me gets the same lecture, but neither woman is charged, only this 59 year old bald guy (me). I will drive to Dalton next time! As a business that is in the service industry, this place does not know how to serve.

  For the third time I go to the store to send essential items to donate, the same box, the same weight as always, the workers are very rude and ill-mannered, with a racist and despicable treatment, they wanted to charge me more than double what I always hear which is between 50 to 60 dollars! Today they wanted to charge me 180, and since I can't pay them I took a shampoo, peanut butter and body cream out of the box and the price went down to 80 dollars, I bought a small box for those 3 things and it cost me 25 dollars! I don't know why they wanted to increase the price of my shipments, I keep receipts for everything! and it's always the same, people who shouldn't work in customer service, shouldn't serve anyone, I hope the owners take action and don't damage the reputation of their store by employees without education or vocation

  Google really needs a negative star option. One star is too generous. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — and I will never return. The young man working Saturday morning (10/11/2025) couldn’t have made it more obvious that he didn’t want to be there. He was rude, dismissive, and carried himself with an arrogant attitude that said “I don’t care” loud and clear. Helping customers seemed like a complete inconvenience to him. If being on your cell phone and avoiding work is more important than doing your job, maybe don’t bother showing up at all. Businesses don’t run without customers. If this is the type of servic The UPS Store - Hwy 53 Calhoun, GA is okay offering, they shouldn’t expect people to come back — I certainly won’t.

  One of the employee #209894 is incompetent, He tried to ship a very important letter without a telephone number after I explained to him many times that Egypt Post will contact my wife to pick up this mail once it arrives and it is very important. I tried tracking it and it doesn't even seem that they sent it. Its been almost a month and we have an appointment with the embassy next month!

  Drove 20mins to make it here and Aryan turned off printers 10mins before closing so he couldn't help me or the customer behind me, when asked he says he turns them off 5mins before close but it wasn't that time yet so he was closing up early to get out on Saturday
