- JDJason DukeMay 29, 20251.0This establishment is the Slowest of the slow. The epitome of Gov't inefficiency at its highest (or perhaps lowest) level. They also exhibit the sad incapability of grasping and understanding the concept of "customer service". They give off the air of despising telecommunications. In an odd but likely attempt to push their "communicatto di mail" agenda, they've made it so you can only reach them by mail (if not in person). They've stopped answering phone calls. (I believe a complete removal of phone devices from this office has taken place.) Otherwise, if this is all just some technical issue on their end...then that also lends credence on how slow they are for not rectifying such with a "qualified telecommunications expert". Just...slow. 1 star for allowing customers to read reviews.
