USPS needs to shut them down and use Warner Robins to deal with their mail because they don’t know how too. OBVIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They also exhibit the sad incapability of grasping and understanding the concept of "customer service". They give off the air of despising telecommunications. In an odd but likely attempt to push their "communicatto di mail" agenda, they've made it so you can only reach them by mail (if not in person). They've stopped answering phone calls. (I believe a complete removal of phone devices from this office has taken place.) Otherwise, if this is all just some technical issue on their end...then that also lends credence on how slow they are for not rectifying such with a "qualified telecommunications expert". Just...slow. 1 star for allowing customers to read reviews.
