USPS needs to shut them down and use Warner Robins to deal with their mail because they don’t know how too. OBVIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Constantly delivering stuff to the wrong house, never putting mail in the correct mailbox, losing packages left and right and taking zero accountability, marking packages as they must be picked up at the post office with no reason as to why they changed it from delivery. And they never answer the phone.

They also exhibit the sad incapability of grasping and understanding the concept of "customer service". They give off the air of despising telecommunications. In an odd but likely attempt to push their "communicatto di mail" agenda, they've made it so you can only reach them by mail (if not in person). They've stopped answering phone calls. (I believe a complete removal of phone devices from this office has taken place.) Otherwise, if this is all just some technical issue on their end...then that also lends credence on how slow they are for not rectifying such with a "qualified telecommunications expert". Just...slow. 1 star for allowing customers to read reviews.
