Denied by contracted route carrier to deliver to my family. Try having a bank account, financial mortgages/lien holders, delivery from amazon or from any online purchases home deliver without a recognized physical address. Yes I was issued by tax office physical address but all online purchases does not recognize it due no mail rcvd there. Financial screenings for medical services for disabled person denied verification of residency part of screening, forced to have PO Box where packages including pharmacy, christmas gifts delayed 30 days due to my business schedule & PO hours same. PO street address has to be my physical address to have bank accts, mortgage, etc. If fed-ex delivers me a package I paid (example) $12 shipping at purchase the post office charges me $15 in shipping at pick up on $20 online purchase. PO box is not big enough for packages so 30 day delays on RX 90 purchase waiting cause hours of operation are my same hours operation. Route man denies delivery to us states 5/10 mile his limit I live 7/10 mile from deliver mail box on one end of thaxton rd he turns around back tracks over 3 miles on Peters road & both ends of Thaxton road to return to hwy. Enter 100 block of thaxton rd in forward mail delivery direct DO NOT TURN AROUND back tracking drive 7/10 mile to me continue delivery direction forward to mail delivery. 3 miles plus turning around & back tracking or 2/10 mile extra. This man hates change, the older lady at counter needs addition training has no idea always putting me off needs her supervisor to do what I need she doesn't know how, she makes me fill forms over over again or the use of yellow sticky w/ no resolve. Costs me money, delays, denial of medical treatment, no package deliveries in today's time when I have online business, now disabled person denial for financial help for medical treatment I AM MAD AS HELL!!! I have been patient & kind today enough is enough!!!!!! Retirement 30 acre land purchase I choose Taylor County, Butler, GA for my forever place sold my condo in Columbus, GA. Can I please be granted a simple service as mail in a mail box. MAN/mail carrier change happens do this route cause I know many whom would love to deliver in this beautiful country side with a smile delivering quality customer service. OIG complaint file next News Agencies, legal rep, MY FAMILY MUST HAVE THIS SERVICE FOR MEDICAL NEEDS.
