I came back the next day at 4 PM, and they were still not prepared. The employee ended up printing them in front of me, but the cards came out black instead of the green design I had uploaded. After reviewing my design, I was told they couldn’t guarantee the final product would match it, which should have been communicated upfront. Overall, the staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and didn’t seem concerned about customer satisfaction. I would recommend going to FedEx Office or The UPS Store instead—this experience was a complete waste of time.

However, they now have a party city section where you can blow up balloons and purchase other items. Those are needed for a birthday party. Got to love that.
