Disgusting service. I just came here to consult with my closure of my business account and withdraw my deposit. The lady who greeting me was very nice and friendly. However she said they couldn’t help me out with the issue and suggested me to do that online. I tried to explain to her that I deposit my money on counter and I already closed my business bank account so I probably can’t withdraw my money via banking and asked if they could give me the costumer service number. When I was doing that I already moved from the counter and the lady who greeted me started to serve another customer. I was not on the way to block anyone . I just detained there no longer then 10 seconds the other staff yelled at me and requested me to leave very rudely . I was confused because I did nothing wrong and the whole process was taking no more than 2 minutes. Then the supervisor came over to ask me to leave otherwise they would called police. I asked an apology from the rude employee then I would leave. The supervisor didn’t respond to my request and called the police. A few minutes later the police arrived and talked to me. I explained what happened and the policeman got the customer service number for me and I left the disgusting place.
I just wonder that is the way the USPS serve their clients? You have to call police to hand over the customer service number to clients? This is the daily routine work for our policemen to be called to help the clients to get customer service number? Are you sure it not an abuse and waste of the police department service and our taxpayers money?
It’s really ridiculous and disgusting, unacceptable and intolerable! I am waiting an apology from the manager!

She would not listen!!!!!! One package and a delivery date question. I was not allowed to complete that. She made me step out for 5 times as she didn’t want to listen to me without me paying for something.
I’m gonna accept giving them that one star cos she made sure I paid double the amount that was necessary for the shipment. Hats off to the lady for doing her job extremely well for USPS. But for customers, that was a bullying! I was not allowed to complete my sentence to ask for what I wanted. She just put me to the side unless I had payment in hand.
It was a nasty feeling for the start of the day. I got taken for a package with love to my family.
USPS, I know it’s a business. Holiday time and all!! But that was just mean.
I complained to my family about it. Got told “USPS is USPS. What can you expect?”
