  UPS stores do not receive half the credit that they are deserving of for their patients with dealing with various types of costumers. I am sketching some time outside of my busy schedule to finaly leave this review for Ms. Jessica Perez today. Each time thatI've visited this location on Buford drive, Jessica has consistently shown patience, kindnes, professionalism and exuberance. This is the type of attitude and demeanor that brings repeated customers back. Thank you so much for taking extra measures to make sure that my print job was meticulously done and stress free. Keep your spirit. Thank you for being awesome thank you for customer service Unmatched, Jessica. Wishing you all the best! 🏅😊

  There are thieves and scammers working within the organization. My mom sent me a care package (worth over $300) before I start my chemotherapy. She paid the over $150 2nd Day Air fee and was guaranteed that the package would arrive by 10:30a on the 2nd Day ( from Palm Coast, FL to Cumming, GA). Within the 1st 48 hours of shipping, we noticed that the package was still in Jacksonville, Florida (which is a 1 hr drive from Palm Coast). We called customer service and they are not sure why but assured us the package we would still be there on time. Thats strange because it was scheduled to be delivered by 10:30a the day it left Jacksonville, FL at 8:03a. The next morning we checked and the package was now moving but was in Atlanta now well after the guaranteed time. Needless to say, we didn't get our package that day. On day 3, we saw that the package arrived on Buford, GA however 2 hours later, we received a notification that the package is missing and that a claim has been filed. Another notification stated that the box was empty and the box was discarded. Being that this is our 1st time doing this, it was a very disheartening and overwhelming experience. I really needed that package as there was food and medication that I needed to help me throughout my chemotherapy treatment journey. The fact that someone at the UPS Buford facility opened up the package and took what was inside is cruel and evil. Than made the decision amongst themselves to file a claim without our approval is disappointing. I hope UPS look into this matter and take it very seriously and hold all individuals involved accountable.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The team was very helpful and knowledgeable, and they made the entire process quick and easy. It’s always a relief to walk into a place where the staff knows what they’re doing and genuinely wants to assist. I appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.

  Wonderful experience overall. I came to get a passport photo printed. The associates anticipated my needs and offered to provide a more professional-looking photo for my ID, underscoring the importance of meeting the correct dimensions and aesthetic requirements for government approval. They took a much better picture than the one I previously had and helped make the rest of my passport renewal process go very smoothly.
