I came in yesterday maybe at the wrong time, to pay, not knowing it was suspended, not knowing I was going to have to re-do everything, but whatever, I accept that , so I came back today! Anyway, both times the female worker attitude about the entire situation was completely off, and unsettling! She has an unnecessary sassy approach to managing, and it’s extremely unwelcoming! I mean I get you having to re-enter all my info, but it’s also a part of your job as Customer Service! So anyway, I decided to end our relationship….. Thank you for everything!!!
