    I was looking for a USB-C to USB-B (printer) cable and checked Target, Walmart, and Best Buy — none of them had it. Some employees even said it was the first time they’d heard of that cable. Finally, I found exactly what I needed at Staples. The staff was nice, kind, and helpful. Great experience and saved me a lot of time. Highly recommend.

    By far the worst Staples in North Georgia. I blame management. Be prepared to wait for one hour for Amazon returns. This store lacks staff and management. They will have two cashiers yet only one to process returns. If you get print services they will make you wait for a long time. I been coming to this store for many months now and it’s getting worse by the day. They need to hire more staff and have two associates to each department.

    Very much appreciate Ashley and Brian going the extra mile during such a busy time at the store today. Both of these employees went above and beyond and helped me to get my huge order and every discount available to me, while maintaining friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer care.
