For the life of me I cannot understand all of this negativism in these reviews. I needed to ship two items, one of which was an unusual size, to Miami for a freight forwarder to further ship overseas. Jasson was very good at sorting out the correct boxing and getting the two boxes into one package for sending with the FedEx couriers. The package has now arrived in the foreign country in perfect order. Thank you Jasson (and I hope I spelled your name correctly). I later sent a letter to the US embassy from this office that also arrived quickly and in order. I highly recommend this FedEx Office and print center to everyone! As for the negative reviews, I suggest a little understanding may calm your emotions.

Don’t tell them what’s in the package. Anything of value could get stolen like my diamond necklace for my daughter did the girl clerk said what’s in the package get Insurance didn’t tell me it had to be signed received stole the diamond necklace as soon as I walked out, my daughter said there was no diamond necklace in the box She received. I called headquarters. They said it has to be signature guaranteed for the insurance to cover never tell them what in the box when they ask in other words never tell them the truth as long as it’s Nothing dangerous or illegal ? I did go back and confront the girl and she said it was probably the driver stole it. I haven’t used FedEx since I go to UPS now
