I received a phone call today 3/8/25 at 2:45pm and the leadership rep. from St. Simon’s continued to over talk me as if my concern wasn't important at all, so why did you call? My mail is missing and they have no clue where it is….. why is my mail getting unable to forward stickers when I’ve been at the same address? WHAT A MESS!

Over 20+ calls each at 3 1/2 minutes of ringing. What a joke of an establishment. I had better and faster service having packages delivered to me in the Middle East.
