My apartment complex is always having to delivery mail from neighbor to neighbor because packages are delivered wrong. Says packages are in a parcel but they either fail to leave a key or they give the key to someone else and they steal it. Its beyond frustrating and not a one off. Amazon should not have to keep making up for your incompetence! Now Christmas presents are missing and kids will be upset. Thank you Brunswick post office for being so damn terrible. Odyssey Lake Apartments if this helps determine who the mail carrier is because they need either more training or let go.

Based on that information, I drove back later, only to be told the package was not there. I was also left waiting outside in the cold just to receive this update. I live in Darien, so the extra driving was a waste of time and gas. This experience showed poor communication and little consideration for customers’ time. Very disappointing.
