  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS location thanks to Devonta Stevenson, the General Manager. From the moment you walk in, his positive energy is contagious. His smile truly lights up the entire store. The store also smells amazing which is weird and also cool at the same time. What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He took the time to be informative, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone felt heard and helped. It was incredible to watch people come in clearly stressed or upset and walk out smiling simply because they interacted with him. Devonta sets the standard for exceptional customer service which seems so rare these days. His attitude, professionalism, and warmth create an environment that makes a real difference. Great job, Devonta. UPS is lucky to have you!

  ABSOLUTE Worst!!! RUDE! Inconsiderate! They put a sign on the door that flipped around in the wind that stated they were closed for 30 min. When they "answered" the door, all they did was flip it around and point at it. I was disgusted and going to file complaint with corporate as well.

  By far the worse customer service from any UPS location. Jordan Parks the person who notarized my documents needs to be retrained in customer service or fired. As we walked in she was sitting on a desk to the right of the store. She looked like a customer since she did not greet anyone and was just sitting there in regular clothes. No uniform shirt or nothing. As we were waiting in line for the other rep to finish with his customer, Jordan eventually gets up goes behind the counter and asks what we needed, we let her know we need a notary. She walks away to a machine in the back and says to show her ID, if she was ready to help why was she walking away and yelling for ID from the back of the store, again she was not wearing uniform or anything that identified her to be a UPS employee, so we thought the behavior was kinda odd. We waited for her to get back to the counter to hand her the ID and she already had an attitude. She asked how many documents we needed notarized, first we said just one and immediately corrected ourselves and said two. While scoffing and mumbling to her co worker. Her attitude was just nasty and unnecessary, she certainly does not care about customers. To the owner, please address this lady and her dislike of helping customers that walk into your store.
