  Hours on Google and front door are not what they are open. Pulled up on a Friday before 6:30 and crickets. Spent 25 min in the crap show of hwy 211 traffic to get there before they "closed" and it was locked up tight. Guess theirs a reason they have 3 Stars on Google...

  I walk into the store. I walk up to the counter, and there’s two employees taping boxes. I’m the only customer in the store. It takes five minutes to even be acknowledged. Then a bald, heavy set employee complains to me about a customer on the phone. This is all before being acknowledged. I send an email, and they claim emails are not coming in. I ask if there’s a way to get logged into a computer. The other employee tells me not right now. All I wanted to do is get a single piece of paper printed. Poor service all around.

  Wish I could give less stars but 1 will do since I need it to post. The pure audacity and rude/awful customer service I experience at this location just bore me out of the water. I bring in a package, after working a long 12 hour shift, totally forgetting to put a few prices of tape on a box for shipping. I went in, told him as I was putting the box on the counter and asked nicely if he would spare some tape so I could get this return completed in time. He ROLLED HIS EYES, clearly, scanned my code, KNOWING the situation, and said, “I really wish it was taped up, it’s a bigger box” and I jokingly said “I can take it back, to tape it if I have too” with a laugh, and as this man is PRINTING my return label to put on the box, he says “ok” …clearly I realized now that he wasn’t going to accept the return but you realize you just wasted more ink and product doing that then letting me borrow some tape? Anyways, this will NOT be the location I refer all of my clients, family and customers too anymore && will never return too. ✌️

  Where do I start!? Ok, so I went recently to ship a 2lb package, I didn't have a box so they quoted me $12 for them to pack ($5-6 for the actual box and the remaining for their "labor") which I thought was ridiculous but moved on. Then they quoted me freight which was $52 to ship to CA, ok its far, I get it so I asked for a different quote to ship instead one envelope (regular sized letter), they quoted me $46! Once I expressed my surprise at the price, the lady at the front desk then said "OK how about $10?". Since when are shipping rates a negotiation. I told them no ill look someplace else and left. But wait, there's more, during this entire process and after I mentioned the destination would be California, the worker with the beer belly then walked to the back and started to speak badly about CA and democrats to his coworker, which I found extremely unprofessional. Anyway, I went to the UPS next to Poke Inc, close to Walmart 8 mins away instead and had a pleasant experience. Was quoted $32 to ship up to 6lbs and they were professional.
