- MDMadeline DeVriesJan 30, 20261.0There is a reason these reviews are so bad. I have been to this post office twice (about 4 months apart), and both times I have left NOT being helped. It was the same lady working both times. She is incredibly rude for no reason, very clearly hates her job and doesn't want to be there. I raced there to get there before they closed (because their hours are TERRIBLE, so anyone with a job is out of luck unless they take off work), and I got there a minute before they closed (4:29pm). The door was already locked. She just stared at me. Full eye contact, wouldn't open the door. I understand that it's annoying when someone comes in at closing time, but in this case, some people don't have another option. A government office should be open until the exact time posted on their website and their door. Then she stood there until 4:33pm (I was still standing there staring at her), and she said "I'm closed." I said "I know, I was here before you closed." She said "well I'm closed now. I have to set up my truck for tomorrow. Try again another day." There was another woman behind me in line (who was VERY pleasantly kind to the employee), and the employee was even ruder to her. If you are a miserable person, don't work in a people-facing job. I'm seeing many reviews written about this same person. Don't come here, find another post office.

- BNBladimir NunezApr 13, 20211.0How can the postmaster Alan, even have a job still when the employees under his supervision do not even know of the rules and regulations of EVERY post office? Filming inside isn’t illegal. It’s clearly posted on poster 7. I think Alan, if he wasn’t a to keep his job, should fire or at least written up that employee that called the police on a man for just filming inside of the post office
