I encourage him to do better and have a heart for people and maybe , just maybe you could make someone’s day for the better!

I never have any problem at the other UPS stores for Amazon returns. The dude is mentally lazy and rude Try the one in Flowery Branch at Kroger's shopping center, it's much better.
- ACAdam CunninghamJan 11, 20231.0I came this location because a document requiring a signature was not even attempted delivered (we have video proof they never came), which is an issue with UPS drivers an not them. However, my issue with this store is how incompetent and rude they are. I came in with my tracking info and explained the situation. I asked them the check the tracking to see where it would be since it said final delivery attempt made (even though my video shows no one coming to my door). Without checking my info, they said it would be at their location the next day. How could they possibly know this without asking my address or tracking? Yet they insisted I didn’t need to linger and it would be here tomorrow. Tomorrow came, I called, it wasn’t there, they told me to call corporate. I was upset that they insisted it would be there without actually doing to the work to make sure they were giving me the correct info. I couldn’t even say that without the jackass on the phone interrupting me. I kept asking to not interrupt me, and he just hung up. What a jerk!
