It's almost a weekly occurrence they mis-place my mail, delivery other neighbor's mail to my address, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! Now I'm getting spammers trying to spam because of this post office branch...even the scammer knew the problems of this office. This office needs to stand down for a few days and do some serious remedial training or just close it altogether. Take some lessons on proper and correct mail delivery from UPS and/or FedEx; they get it right!

Yes, they scan it n give the receipt, but make sure u take a picture of your receipt bc if u loose it, that's it, your package is gone with the wind. I unfortunately lost my money, waisted my time n energy bc i couldn't find my receipt to prove it. A lesson to learn 😡

Worked with Mario who was innovated with customers and if I’m going to give a negative review, it’s for the people he had to deal with. He stayed professional as did the postmaster when the issues flowed over to him. In the end, he grabbed my package for me and remained professional while customers were a little on edge for the things outside of his control. Well done Mario and Bonaire post office.

Update: 7/ 9/ 22: Again, I really wish USPS would STOP putting INCORRECT, UNTRUE information in tracking! It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to file claims against the Post Office because it looks like the CUSTOMER is at fault EVERY SINGLE TIME! Today one of my packages was delivered and one was not! Tracking information on the one not delivered said "package not delivered because front door and/or driveway was not accessible. " They don't even pull in my driveway!" Mailbox is on the street! And if my front door wasn't accessible, I couldn't come and go! It's absolutely ridiculous ! Claims are denied because of this outright lying! And nothing can be done about it!!!
